General service terms include:

• All work is performed to professional standards with reasonable skill and care
• Deliverables are defined in the agreed Scope of Work
• Client obligations (access, approvals, timely feedback) are as defined in the SoW
• Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed
• Either party may terminate an engagement by giving written notice as specified in the relevant SoW
• Ownership of deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your organisation’s information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Any case studies or testimonials featured on this website are used with the knowledge and permission of the relevant client, and are anonymised or presented at the level of detail the client has approved.
